Policy Overview:At Sublim8Me, we take pride in creating high-quality, customized products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the details below for a clear understanding of our policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Customized Products: All products offered by Sublim8Me are custom-made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

  • Final Sale: All purchases are considered final sale. Please ensure that all details, including design, size, color, and personalization options, are accurate before placing your order.

Exceptions

  • Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement at no additional cost. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.

  • Incorrect Order Fulfillment: If you receive a product that does not match the specifications you provided (e.g., wrong design, color, or personalization), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if confirmed to be our error, provide a corrected product at no additional cost.

  • Other Exceptions: In rare cases, such as when a return is requested outside our standard policy, customers may return an item by covering the return shipping costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, a refund of 75% of the item’s original cost will be issued, provided the item is in its original condition. This exception is subject to approval and may not apply to all products or circumstances.

  • Order Review: We strongly recommend double-checking all order details, including customization options, before finalizing your purchase. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled due to the immediate start of the production process.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products as outlined above.
